Becoming a CDA Washington DMV member is easy.

1. Complete your membership application today and pay a membership fee of $50.00.
2. Attending two consecutive meetings
   1. Your attendance to the first meeting shall be as an observer, and
   2. at the second meeting, you shall make your declaration of intent to become a member of the organization

As a member, you must

1. adhere to the principles of the organization, and
2. pay monthly dues of $10. You are encouraged to pay monthly, semi-annually or annually.
